COMERCIALIZADORA INDUCASCOS S.A inició sus operaciones el 2 de febrero de 1999 en la ciudad de Medellín - Colombia, con el objetivo principal de ofrecer cascos de excelente calidad, e impulsar un cambio cultural en los motociclistas frente al uso del casco y la aceptación del mismo como producto indispensable para su seguridad personal.

En Junio de 2008 inaugura su nueva planta de producción en China GUANGZHOU TEAM GROUP HELMETS LIMITED, con miras a incursionar en otros mercados internacionales, mejorar la calidad y seguridad de los cascos, y crecer el portafolio de productos.

Actualmente, INDUCASCOS S.A. se encuentra certificado con la norma ISO9001:2000, y está en el proceso de acreditación del Laboratorio de Ensayos y Pruebas para Cascos ante la SIC. Cuenta además con alianzas estratégicas con diferentes fabricantes en varios países asiáticos; y fabrica y comercializa las marcas SHAFT, ZEUS, ICH, SPARK, MOTTO, BULLET, SPD, INDUCASCOS, entre otras.
